2. How much does it cost?

For just R75 per member per month, you gain immediate access to emergency support, including road and air* ambulance services (*subject to ROCKETs Flight Criteria T&Cs).

3. How does the mobile app work in an emergency?

With a tap on the app, you can:

• Alert us instantly in a medical emergency.

• Track the response in real time.

• Gain peace of mind knowing we're on our way and by your side until you're safe.

 

4. What’s included in my subscription?

Your monthly fee includes:

• Access to emergency road and air* ambulance transport (based on medical severity and *ROCKET flight criteria).

• 24/7 support from our Emergency Management Centre.

• Ongoing coordination and communication throughout your emergency and hospital transfer.

• No pre-authorisation delays – care starts immediately.

5. What kind of emergency vehicles are dispatched?

• Road Ambulance: Quick-response vehicles from our extensive authorised national network.

• Air* Ambulance: Helicopter, dispatched depending on your location and severity of the emergency (*subject to ROCKETs Flight Criteria and T&Cs).

6. Is the service available everywhere in South Africa?

Yes – services are available within the borders of the Republic of South Africa, in accordance with ROCKET’s Terms & Conditions.
