Before every shift our Henley Air and ROCKET crew meet to conduct a safety briefing. The briefing aligns our teams with our primary mission (patients first) and focuses everyone on crew and air safety.
We discuss challenges and lessons learned from previous cases, the weather for the coming shift and remind ourselves about the systems in place to promote a safe work environment.
All on duty crews, including hangar support, pilots, clinical crews, and dispatch, attend our safety briefing to ensure we are all on the same page and prepared to provide the highest quality care to each patient.
