Enhanced Oversight by Clinical Management Team For Quality Assurance

Following this initial review, cases are further evaluated by our clinical management team, adding an additional layer of oversight and governance.

We regularly host clinical discussion sessions that encourage shared learning, professional reflection, and continuous development to ensure quality assurance. In addition, our monthly Morbidity and Mortality meetings provide an opportunity to review cases in depth, identify areas for improvement, and build on our strengths to continually enhance patient care.
