ROCKET celebrated our 3rd birthday on Saturday, 1st July.
We are constantly reminded of the impact we make in the lives of people in their most critical time of need. One such reminder came this week when a valued team member called our CEO to express gratitude for the hope we were able to bring to a young child in Sebokeng late on Wednesday evening. And on reflection he commented that yet again this timeous call reminded him as to why the ROCKET team does what they do, a collective calling to a Higher purpose.
At times one forgets just how much is achieved in the short span of 12 months. It is with pride and gratitude that we can share these achievements with you:
moving into our new ROCKET offices at Rand Airport
our new Polokwane base
the opening of our new base in Kimberley
expanding the Command Centre (call centre)
building new systems and platforms to better serve and care for our customers
Henley Air achieving BARS accreditation
And all the while learning and aspiring to continuously improve as individuals, as a team, and building relationships and trust. We humbly continue to remain curious and search for the best ideas to serve and care.
Most importantly, over the last 3 years we have touched 1,347 lives.
As we step into our 4th year, we remain focused on the reasons we do this; and making our service available to more of our nation’s citizens, including her children.
